QUICK DELIVERY
We offer selected products that can be delivered to you within 1 week or less through select premier manufacturers. We take the guesswork out of figuring the shipment time from the point of order and transit time. If you need to get it quickly and do not want to pay exorbitant charges for next day or 2nd day delivery, this is the option for you! For standard 1 WEEK delivery, for just $5 per item ordered, with a maximum charge of $10 on any order, we guarantee that the products available with our 1 Week delivery option will arrive within 1 week of the order date. If the shipment does not arrive within 1 week, you will accrue 2X the expedited charge per day that the order exceeds the 1 week Delivery deadline. Refund guarantee is capped at the lesser of $XX or 25% of the order amount.
For Lines with a quick delivery option of "you get $XX" (free or paid), customers will receive $XX back if the order is not met within the delivery time. Orders under $200 will accrue 2X the expedited charge (for orders that pay) and $5 (for free quick delivery options) per day that the order exceeds the Quick Delivery deadline. Refund guarantee is capped at the lesser of $XXor 25% of the order amount.
For FREE - One Week Standard Delivery Guarantee, the refund amount will be $5 for every business day that the order is late. EXEMPTIONS:
If your product happens to be on back-order we will notify you of the back order status and remove the Quick Delivery Option and Charges from your order. On all back-order items you will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as long as you notify us prior to shipment. In the case of Free Quick Delivery, no credit will be issued.
Order shipped via Truck are not eligible for the credit. We do not always know when orders will be shipped via Truck. These orders will still ship as quickly as possible, but due to freight policies, they cannot be expedited.
Orders placed after 10:00am PST will begin calculation on the following business day. Holidays are not counted as a business day.
Open Box items are not eligible for 3 Day Delivery. We will guarantee 1 Week Delivery for those items and credit will be issued based on a 1 Week deadline.
